Proposed project deliverables
A milestone-based scope for CHIEF/Base contract education, read-only verification tools, reusable builder resources, and public accountability.
Status and funding context
The project handoff contains proposal materials, but does not provide verified proof of a submitted application or funding award. The work below is therefore presented as proposed scope, not as funded, completed, or guaranteed work. Updates will distinguish published outputs from planned work.
Scholarships are separate: individual student scholarships are not company grants and are not included as CHIEF project deliverables.
Published foundation
Read-only Base checker
The project repository includes a source-linked Base token checker. Its output describes observable data and verification gaps; it is not an audit or investment recommendation.
Public project records
Repository documentation records project status, funding strategy, and public communications separately from private application details.
Proposed milestones
1. Publish four source-linked explainers
Status: proposed
- How to verify a Base token contract and read token metadata.
- How owner permissions, including minting, affect a token.
- How to assess liquidity and why a pool listing alone does not establish a usable market.
- Wallet safety, transaction review, and multisig treasury basics.
Each explainer will link to primary sources, include a last-updated date, and disclose its limitations.
2. Improve read-only verification tools
Status: checker foundation published; additional work proposed
- Document data sources, timestamps, and unavailable checks.
- Improve mobile accessibility and clear error states.
- Add repeatable tests for displayed contract and market data.
No tool will sign transactions or replace independent contract/security review.
3. Release reusable builder templates
Status: proposed
- Contract and project due-diligence checklist.
- Wallet and transaction review worksheet.
- Release QA and known-limitations template.
- Plain-language treasury and milestone update template.
Published templates will be linked from this page and the public repository.
4. Report progress and use of funds
Status: reporting framework proposed
- Post dated milestone updates with links to completed outputs.
- If project funding is received, report verified receipts and expenditure categories.
- Record delayed, changed, or incomplete milestones and explain why.
No grant receipt, spending, partnership, audit, or milestone completion is claimed here without supporting evidence.
Schedule and accountability
The sequence and dates will be finalized only after program eligibility, scope, and available resources are confirmed. A funding application is not an award, and proposed budgets are not commitments or actual expenditures. Material changes will be reflected here with a dated update.
CHIEF is speculative. These deliverables are for public education and software/documentation work; they do not promise token price appreciation, liquidity, investment returns, or a scholarship award.
